A pioneer of the sharing economy and travel industry, Turo is a safe, supportive community where the car you rent is part of a story, not a fleet. Whether it’s an F-150 truck to help out on moving day, a Tesla for a luxurious weekend away, or a classic VW bus for a picture-perfect road trip, travelers rent the car and own the adventure.
In order to come up with the perfect wearable VR camera, countless hours of testing and refining took place. You may have seen us on Kickstarter as MySight360 a few months ago. That’s us! We took feedback from many of our customers and decided to come up with a more user-friendly name – OmiCam!
We wanted to create an user-friendly camera where users like you can record on the go, and capture all the moments without the use of expensive gimbals or rigs.
Our approach was simple. Create a VR camera easy to use and better than the competition. We’ve spent numerous hours and resources perfecting our OMI technology – the Optical Motion Intelligence.
The patented Optical Motion Intelligence technology stitches video from different angles to image correct a shaking video. Because we film with a 240 degree field of view, we can capture images from above, below, plus the sides and stitch to a stable video.
Our company specializes in vehicle protection films for every aspect of the exterior of your car. This includes solutions to protect your prized vehicle’s paint, carbon fiber parts and windshield.

Polizei 144 — the world’s infamous outlaw racing team — was founded in 2002 by Alex Roy, who has set or broken more underground endurance driving records than anyone alive. Easily recognized by their customizable police motojackets and car liveries, Polizei 144 dominated races and rallies like the Gumball 3000 and Bullrun from 2003 to 2007, after which Roy led the effort that shattered the Cannonball Run record by over an hour.
Total time from New York to LA? 31 hours, 4 minutes.
The Cannonball record is depicted in Roy’s book The Driver, and the documentary 32 Hours, 7 Minutes.
As of 2017, Polizei 144 has set or broken dozens more driving records, only 8 of which are currently public, and will be revealed when it becomes legally possible to do so.
LA Animal Rescue’s mission is to change the end of the story for all of the homeless and abandoned animals we meet by practicing the 3 “R’s”: Rescue, Rehabilitate, and Rehome. No Pet is denied access based on breed, age, health or size. We do not dwell on their past or judge the people involved in their circumstance. Our goal is to usher them forward, change their course and provide their happily-ever-after.
We educate the community on the importance of spay & neuter. Animal overpopulation is our priority. The root of the problem and the key to change is to Spay & Neuter.
Orange County Pit Bull Rescue (OCPBR) is a non-profit organization formed in 2010. Founder Rebekah Yusko had envisioned a Pit Bull specific rescue and advocacy organization to build more of a centralized effort that focused on the breed. There are too many Pit Bulls in Orange County that are dying in shelters or languishing in “no-kill” facilities. OCPBR grew out of the need to save these dogs and give them the second chances they deserve. Our current President Christine Bonner continues our mission today, we are focused now more than ever on not only rescue work, but advocacy, education, community outreach and owner support.
Our organization has a small group of foster homes that are experienced with the breed and can offer them the care they need in order to thrive. All of the dogs are rescued from shelters or as strays and stay in loving foster homes until they are adopted. We focus on quality over quantity with our adoptions. While we want to rescue as many dogs as we can-we’re not about numbers. We want to be comfortable with our placements and proud of the homes we give our dogs.
